Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team at J&B Services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about the medical industry and has a strong background in in vitro diagnostics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IVD products and solutions to healthcare providers, laboratories, and medical institutions across the nation. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including lab directors, physicians, and purchasing teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to provide in-depth knowledge and technical expertise on our IVD products. You should also be self-motivated and have a good teamwork spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell IVD products and solutions to healthcare providers, laboratories, and medical institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and technical expertise on IVD products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' work experience, with at least 8 years in sales and marketing in the IVD industry.
  • Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, immunology products, and knowledge of customers' needs in different market segments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel nationwide.
