We're seeking a skilled Go High Level expert to join our team as a Virtual Assistant.

Job Overview

This role involves providing administrative support to clients using the Go High Level CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage client Go High Level accounts, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
  • Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within the platform.
  • Integrate Go High Level with third-party tools such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems.
  • Manage email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  • Support lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Provide scheduling, calendar management, and reminders services.
  • Analyze campaign reports, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflows align with client goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with Go High Level CRM (setup, automation, and funnel management).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
