Conveyancing Support Role

The role of Conveyancing Support Officer is a pivotal position within our organization. The successful candidate will provide essential support to customers throughout the legal process, preparing necessary documents and generating contract drafts.

Maintaining accurate records, creating relevant documentation, and managing client expectations are key responsibilities of this role. Effective communication with team members is also crucial to ensure seamless collaboration and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and drafting contracts in accordance with established procedures
  • Identifying and ordering searches required for client properties based on type and location
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through all stages of communication
  • Ensuring confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information
  • Updating internal teams on contract progress and coordinating with relevant parties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with legal concepts, definitions, and documentation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
