Job Title: Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate

As a Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

About the Role
  • Provide primary customer support for our Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing a range of issues and requests related to our products.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer needs, with median first response times of less than one minute, issue resolution times of fewer than 24 hours, and CSAT scores of 95% or higher.
  • Evaluate complex customer issues and escalate them to teammates or the engineering team as needed, demonstrating sound judgment in identifying user errors, poor training, product defects, and feature requests.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively check in with clients until issues are resolved, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that drive business growth, such as assisting in training junior customer support representatives, product testing, recommending new products to customers, and more.
About You
  • You have a long-term vision of working and growing with a technology startup, comfortable adapting to ever-changing processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • 1-3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing environments.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with global colleagues and customers.
  • Must have Phone Support experience and be familiar with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Must be willing to work within the US time zone and have a high-speed, stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
