About the Role

This position involves providing technical assistance in Mandarin, as part of a global team that handles client and internal partner inquiries across multiple products and lines of business. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills to manage and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and case transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues following established procedures, investigate security-related errors, and collaborate with team members to resolve client issues.
  • Work closely with leadership and business partners to meet business goals and provide top-notch support to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business-level proficiency in Mandarin and fluent English.
  • 5 years of Customer Service experience, 2 years of Technical Support experience.
  • Self-motivated and analytical approach, with effective problem-solving skills.
