Job Overview

The incumbent is responsible for representing the entity to local government institutions and ensuring operational tasks are executed efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of crew mobilization managers to deliver high-quality results
  • Coordinate crew welfare and support the development and usage of crew management systems
  • Provide guidance and support to crew mobilization managers and coordinators
  • Maintain office resources in line with productivity ratios
  • Develop and implement transparent salary structures aligned with industry standards
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for crewing operations in the area
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime or shipping industry, preferably in a supplier, management, or owner role
  • Strong understanding of crew operations, including local government requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
