About the Role

As an Environmental Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in conducting training sessions for seafarers of all ranks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime environmental regulations and a proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct training sessions on environmental compliance, auditing, and sustainability best practices for seafarers across various vessel types.
  2. Develop and deliver structured training modules tailored to specific vessel operations and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and close compliance gaps.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Captain's Class A License or Chief Engineer's License is required, along with a minimum 5 years' sea experience on tanker vessels.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment are essential.
  • Experience in auditing, compliance development, or training is highly desirable but not mandatory.
