We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Jaber Resolution INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and facilitating employee training and development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and introduction to the team.
- Register new hires with biometrics and update the master list.
- Schedule and facilitate employee training, maintaining accurate records.
- Administer and process employee complaints and claims.
- Prepare and distribute HR correspondence to managers and employees.
- Manage leave of absence processes for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Update the bulletin board with relevant information.
- Coordinate the processing of time cards and submit them to the Accounting Department.
- Manage HR department invoices and billing.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (advantageous).
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Admin/Coordinator.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own service or motorcycle (advantageous).
