Seeking a skilled professional to fill an HR Generalist role, responsible for managing daily HR tasks and ensuring timely resolutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a keen understanding of employment laws and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance, addressing employee queries and concerns in a prompt and respectful manner.
  • Case Management: Maintain a log of daily HR cases, tracking resolution times to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Onboarding and Training: Conduct pre-boarding activities, organize orientation sessions, assign mentors, and track progress during the probation period.
  • Employee Relations: Develop engagement activities, conduct regular check-ins, mediate disputes, and conduct exit interviews to improve retention.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to local laws, update HR policies, conduct compliance training, handle employment contracts and terminations, and maintain audit documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In any field related to human resources or business administration.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years in operations, preferably in HR-related roles.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in HRMS and analytics tools, knowledge of payroll and benefits platforms, data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools, and proficiency in audit and compliance tracking.
