Bancassurance Leadership Role

The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales executives to ensure they meet sales targets and service standards. This leadership position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to foster relationships with branch leaders to drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in banking or finance, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills are essential for success in this role.
