Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all team members regarding questions about any processes or products.
  • Collaborating with Training associates to ensure new hires are up to speed.
  • Reviewing calls and tickets to guarantee that service level agreements are met.
  • Providing regular updates or end-of-day reports.
  • Handling calls and tickets as needed and continuing to deliver exceptional service to clients or customers.
  • Maintaining call quality and assisting with Quality Assurance audits.
  • Monitoring team attendance and reporting any issues to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A strong background in performance management principles.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours and availability to work on holidays.
  • Excellent coaching knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of call center tools and processes.
  • Ability to develop a plan and lead the team by allocating resources, assigning responsibilities, coordinating, communicating, and participating in activities necessary to achieve company goals.
