The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products or services. This role involves leading a marketing team, coordinating with other departments, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's brand and business goals.

As a Marketing Supervisor for GoodTaste Restaurant Otek, you will be expected of the following:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve company objectives.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team in day-to-day operations, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM software).
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
