We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for verifying vendor documentation, preparing payment runs, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions in our financial systems.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Finance Administrator will also be expected to assist in the preparation of documents and schedules for external auditors, and to assist with any ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance team.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
