Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in finance and a strong background in financial modeling, strategic planning, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities include providing robust financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support to drive business performance, developing and maintaining integrated financial models, and conducting detailed variance analysis and modeling to inform key financial decisions.

The successful candidate will also partner with department heads to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities, support fund raising activities, engage with potential investors for financial planning and strategic alignment, prepare and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, and analyze cost structures, pricing models, and financial impact of strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or management accounting
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and performance analysis
  • Strong background in business planning, budgeting, and financial strategy
  • Experience in enterprise valuation and financial due diligence is a strong advantage
  • Preferably with experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, or capital equipment industry
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
