Customer Service Expert

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial for resolving customer issues.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset is essential for working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Technical Requirements
  • A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent is necessary for smooth operations.
  • A minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed is required for reliable connectivity.
