Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in the timely submission of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies.

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists, qualifying leads and effectively communicating our business offering.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership, track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team, handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting, capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, tech-savvy with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity, clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
