Job Opportunity

An e-commerce experienced administrative professional is sought after to oversee calendar management, communication assistance and project coordination for the executive office and online store.

About This Role
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics with high efficiency.
  • Monitor email inboxes and provide communication assistance along with follow-up actions.
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and internal documentation in a timely manner.
E-commerce Operations Management
  • Update product information including pricing, descriptions, and website content such as headers and collections on Shopify's admin dashboard.
  • Perform regular content audits and implement site-wide copy changes to improve user experience.
  • Create or modify pages and collections on Shopify using its admin features.
Quality Assurance & Testing Expertise
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks following product launches, price updates, or website modifications.
  • Test customer journeys such as add-to-cart, checkout, and confirmation emails on the website.
  • Identify and escalate bugs or UX/UI issues promptly ensuring seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operations role.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance testing within e-commerce environments.
  • Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) to manage website updates effectively.
