Clinical Operations Leadership Role

As a seasoned Clinical Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clinical programs and services forward. Your strategic leadership will ensure the effective management of our clinical operations team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide vision and direction to the clinical operations team to drive results and enhance quality.
  • Operational Management: Develop and implement operational plans to deliver efficient and effective clinical programs and services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality, safety, and efficacy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of proven healthcare management experience, preferably in a director-level position.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with US healthcare-related computer applications, including practice management systems and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Therapeutic Areas: Previous working experience in physician offices or related US healthcare organizations with rheumatology, oncology, urology, or other therapeutic areas.
