As a key member of our organization, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Lead. This position will be responsible for building strong relationships with the Sales Team by providing timely and accurate administrative data-driven support.

About the Role
  • Provide professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem.
  • Attend meetings, record meeting notes, documenting key takeaways and action items.

This is an exciting opportunity to excel in this challenging and rewarding role, where you will have exceptional project management and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

You will work directly with our clients providing Level 1 Technical Support to resolve queries ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as prepare relevant reports and documentation to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and present in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and demonstrated 3-5 years in a similar position, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills enabling the development of and maintenance of professional and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skill with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Police Clearance.
