
Leading Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and expansion of our products within existing accounts.
- Onboard new customers, introducing them to our comprehensive product portfolio, including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
- Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers, driving collaboration and alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to develop engagement plans, maximizing customer value.
- Manage a diverse customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks, and taking proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
- Excellent presentation skills for complex software discussions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Team player with the ability to interact across departments and levels, fostering strong relationships and collaborations.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
- Distributed work environment with biannual in-person team sprints, promoting collaboration and innovation.
