Job Title:

Customer Service Team Leader

Lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service, ensuring high-quality interactions and maintaining our reputation for outstanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day operations, oversee training and development, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
  2. Mentor and coach team members, analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and meet/exceed customer expectations.
  4. Develop and implement best practices for customer service processes and workflows, monitoring metrics to track performance and satisfaction.
  5. Create detailed documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base content to support the team and clients.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in a creative or design-driven environment is a plus.
