Job Description
  • Ensure staffing requirements are met to identify, attract, and onboard top talents efficiently.
  • Collection of pre-employment requirements/documents.
  • Initiates and monitors onboarding tasks/documents for new hires.
  • Ensures new hire records are complete and accurate.
  • Initiates and monitors pre-employment medical examination to ensure new hires are fit to work.
  • Acts as a liaison between recruiters, paperwork collectors, and payroll processors.
  • Communicates with clients, applicants/candidates, and external recruitment vendors.
  • Research, audits, and analyzes data to ensure information is complete and compliant with internal policies.
  • Runs and distributes standard reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Recruitment background from a BPO/Call Center is required.
  • Working knowledge in managing HR management system, applicant tracker system (ATS), social networking sites, online job boards, recruitment database, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic; good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight recruitment deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
