  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities align with US labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in US corporate recruitment, with a proven track record in volume hiring.
  • Expertise in end-to-end US recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
