- Volume Hiring: Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and ATS systems, to attract top-tier talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities align with US labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in US corporate recruitment, with a proven track record in volume hiring.
- Expertise in end-to-end US recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
