Job Title

A seasoned Real Estate Sales Professional is needed to excel in managing sales transactions from lead generation to contract execution.

About the Role
  • Sales Transaction Management: Utilize MLS systems, digital marketing tools, and CRM software to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Client Services: Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Property Tours, Market Analyses, and Consultations: Conduct thorough property tours, market analyses, and client consultations to ensure a seamless transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Negotiation and Contract Execution: Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process.
  • Transaction Management: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, contracts, and procedures while managing multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
Requirements
  • Valid Real Estate License: A valid broker or agent license is required for this role.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales and transaction management is essential.
