Property Manager Opportunity

This role focuses on supporting the management of rental properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction and efficient property performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding, prepare lease agreements, and manage insurance requirements for rentals.
  • Oversee tenant communications and lease administration for both long-term and short-term rentals.
  • Develop marketing strategies for rental properties, including online listings, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Work with vendors and housekeeping staff to maintain rental units at a high standard.
  • Manage property management software (e.g., DoorLoop), track rental performance, and respond to online reviews.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, rent rolls, and financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
  • Proficiency in property management/accounting software (e.g., DoorLoop) and platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com is essential.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools for property promotion is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities are required.
