As a successful property manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties. This includes managing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Your Key Responsibilities

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and amenities, addressing guest concerns in a timely manner, and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, fostering strong relationships with tenants, setting competitive lease pricing, coordinating property showings, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, making informed hiring decisions, and providing thorough onboarding for new team members.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and data to inform business decisions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through thorough valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and conducting market research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: PHP 35,000-70,000 per month
