Rental Properties Coordinator Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized rental properties coordinator to manage all incoming inquiries for our rental portfolio. This role involves handling calls and emails from applicants, collecting essential information, arranging and scheduling property viewings, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to incoming inquiries from potential renters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and verify applicant information, including contact details and property requirements.
  • Coordinate property viewings with applicants, ensuring that viewings are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, viewings, and applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, with experience using calendars and scheduling tools.
