Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and resources to employees.

The IT Engineer role is a critical position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve computer and application issues efficiently and manage the IT ticket queue.
  • Onboard and offboard employees, configuring workstations, hardware provisioning, and system access.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and improve vendor payment processes.
  • Enforce internal policies for patch management and critical IT procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of IT engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in computer-related technical support.
  • Proficiency in end-user operating systems (macOS, Windows) and server operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking skills, including TCP/IP and routing.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, EC2).
  • Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) platforms (Okta).
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack).
  • Knowledge and use of AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
  • Scripting and automation experience for system tasks is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
