- Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management
- Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic
- Collaborate with colleagues to support client needs and compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an insurance support role or as an Insurance Virtual Assistant
- Proficiency with Applied Epic (required)
- Knowledge of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
