About the Job

Key Responsibilities
">">- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Provide product information and make recommendations as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements
">">- Above 18 years old
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
