Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage a team of functional consultants. They will oversee the performance, output, and development of the team, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Foster collaboration with clients to identify their needs and translate them into functional solutions that drive value and efficiency.
  • Solution Design: Develop tailored configurations, workflows, and processes that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Implementation Oversight: Lead the end-to-end implementation process, from discovery to deployment, ensuring successful outcomes and quality deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, facilitating open communication and efficient workflow.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure seamless adoption of delivered solutions, driving user satisfaction and productivity.
  • Lead the functional consulting team, providing mentorship and performance management to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, making informed decisions to optimize project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on projects.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with delivery heads and project managers to align resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex project challenges or client issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to global best practices, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and best practices in various industries, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
