Job Overview

A senior financial executive responsible for developing and implementing the organization's treasury strategy, focusing on cash management, fundraising, and capital structure optimization. This role involves overseeing daily cash position, liquidity, and disbursement across all units, as well as managing and monitoring utilization of credit lines and revolving facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cash Management:
  • Oversight of daily cash position, ensuring liquidity and adequate disbursement across all units.
  • Management of credit lines and revolving facilities to optimize financial flexibility.
  • Forecasting group-wide cash flows and borrowing needs for project financing and CAPEX.
  • Effective deployment of surplus cash through short-term investments.
  • Adherence to internal cash policies and proposal of improvements for cash control and risk mitigation.
Loans Management:
  • Ensuring compliance with loan covenants and timely submission of required reports.
  • Support for corporate debt fundraising and refinancing activities.
  • Evaluation of capital structure and proposal of financing strategies aligned with business goals.
Banking and Stakeholder Relations:
  • Maintenance of relationships with lenders, bankers, creditors, and other financial partners.
  • Liaison for financing negotiations and banking agreements for subsidiaries.
  • Assistance in the development and execution of treasury-related goals and financial policies.
  • Participation in cross-functional projects or initiatives as assigned by the CFO or Deputy CFO.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree in a financial discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or treasury management.
  • Strong background in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with broader MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with senior management and external stakeholders.
