
Customer Experience Specialist

As a key player in our customer success team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.
You will work with various tools and databases to review data and execute processes as defined by the client and/or management. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting productivity and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide accurate and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Perform problem tracking and ensure issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
- Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations.
- Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
