Business Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Expert to drive strategic initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business excellence and transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial management initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, overseeing workforce demand management, and deploying business continuity plans. You will also collaborate closely with our leadership team, support functions, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving financial performance through optimization of resource allocation and enhancing profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and adapting processes as necessary during transformation.
  • Overseeing workforce planning and demand management to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Deploying business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align business strategies and operational plans with transformation efforts.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of corporate responsibility and sustainability practices, as well as experience in workforce planning and demand management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders throughout transformation processes.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 8-10 years of experience in business management, operational excellence, or a related role within a professional services environment.
