We are seeking a skilled Logistics Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational support to our Account Sales Representatives by coordinating all shipments and proactively communicating with scheduling, load management, and carrier sales teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a shipment.
  • You will have a strong understanding of operational processes and requirements for customers and be responsible for updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly.
  • Proactive communication with customers on shipment status and issue resolution is crucial in this role.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments and alignment with operational metrics is essential.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for internal and customer-facing interactions.
  • A minimum of 9 months of work experience in a US logistics brokerage with shippers is required.
  • Experience with scheduling tasks and Quote & Book processes is a plus but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
  • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach are critical for quickly assessing and resolving issues.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is vital.
