Mergers and Acquisitions Professional

Support business owners in achieving a successful exit by delivering strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of sellers, ensuring time-sensitive support by providing hands-on guidance from initial onboarding through to deal closure.

  • Provide strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Manage listings for existing sellers and support their sales journey, monitoring listing performance and fielding buyer inquiries.
  • Conduct valuation-driven analysis of client-provided financials and high-level metrics to determine an appropriate valuation range.
  • Support in the management and coordination of legal documents, such as Letters of Intent (LOIs), Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs), and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
  • Prioritize buyer-side activities, understanding buyer needs and pairing them with relevant listings.
  • Showcase the value proposition and leverage outreach strategies to convert interest into actionable opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with team members in presenting business proposals and negotiating optimal terms.
