As a key member of our team, the Release Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary Program Manager for Mobile App Releases, conducting weekly meetings with the App team to ensure delivery timelines and performing gap assessments as needed.
  • Apply cross-tribe/inter-tribe support to all system, platform, and/or network level changes from initiatives across the company's businesses, services, and products, helping synchronize production deployment activities and performing end-to-end service management from demand value to completion.
  • Collaborate with different teams to review, approve deployment requests, and ensure change schedules avoid disruptions during business hours and protect customer experience.
  • Provide guidance to SMs on timeline concerns, offer QA regression impact analysis recommendations, and conduct weekly onboarding for new SMs hired by PMO.
  • Maintain Tech RFS calendar for FE/BE.
  • Act as release deployment support for all platforms, monitor for revert issues, and ensure deployment gateway and progression.
  • Revert tracking (c/o ODM/GOC).
  • Provide support for emergency cases (P1, P2, P3).
  • On-duty to cover approvals outside of peak hours or on weekends as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Related work experience – Solid experience in Project Management/Release Management.
  • Experience in Program Management.
  • Experience in handling Application Development projects.
