Talent Acquisition Professional

We're seeking a passionate and skilled talent acquisition professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, using your market expertise to set competitive salary benchmarks and engage top candidates.

Your primary focus will be on building a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring candidates align with company requirements. Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills are essential to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks. You will also possess excellent English skills (both spoken and written), 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, and higher education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage independent recruitment processes
  • Demonstrate job market expertise, determine local salary ranges
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels
  • Perform initial screening interviews, assess candidates' fit for roles
  • Understand job requirements, align candidate profiles
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions
  • Report on recruitment metrics, improve sourcing strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks
  • Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
