To excel in this role, fluency in English and proficiency in English listening comprehension are essential. This position involves

  • Conducting thorough phone screens to assess potential candidates' qualifications and suitability for the job.
  • Initiating outbound calls to prospective candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of job requirements to effectively screen candidates.
  • Assessing candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications over the phone, probing for relevant information.
  • Communicating with candidates during phone screens using excellent English language proficiency.
  • Documenting and recording detailed notes from phone screens.
  • Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to understand customer needs, job requirements, and identify potential candidates.
  • Providing regular updates on candidate sourcing progress.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (and related terminology) is highly beneficial.
