Looking for a passionate and detail oriented BAKER to join our restaurant & cafe team in GREENHILLS MALL

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Must be willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan
  • At least a high school graduate, Formal baking education or certification is an advantage
  • Proven experience in baking, food preparation and safe food handling
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen safety procedures
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes while maintaining high consistency and quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen environments
  • Skilled in time & resource management to ensure smooth baking operations
  • Excellent attention to detail, including conducting frequent quality checks on ingredients and final baked goods
  • Prepare baked goods according to cafe / restaurant standards and recipes
  • Manage daily order production, maintain inventory and handle supplies procurement
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control for baking operations
  • Perform quality inspections on both raw materials & finished products
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene requirements
