Looking for a SKILLED AND PASSIONATE COFFEE BARISTA to join our team in GREENHILLS MALL

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Must be willing to be assigned in GREENHILLS MALL, SAN JUAN
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Holds a TESDA NC II BARISTA certification or has completed a vocational/short course in Barista training
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience working as a barista in cafes or restaurants
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment use
  • Prepare and serve high quality espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages in line with cafe standards
  • Ensures consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste
  • Delivers outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and cafe area
  • Conduct regular quality checking on beverages to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot & maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, coffee roaster, grinder, etc.) and schedule regular maintenance as needed
  • Uphold health, hygiene, and food safety protocols & regulations
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking, and bar preparations
  • Work collaboratively with the team, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
