Lead Talent Acquisition

An experienced leader is needed to oversee a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists. The successful candidate will guide the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets while upholding high standards for quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate must be a living example of reliability and accountability, consistently present and engaged, ready to oversee team attendance and serve as a reliable resource.

As an active team player, the individual should demonstrate expertise by performing tasks that are not beneath them, whether it's sourcing a candidate or conducting an initial screen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support to help them achieve company goals.
  • Manage team attendance and set the standard for the team by being a consistent and reliable presence.
  • Implement performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to serve as an example for the team.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
