
Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

The organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its international talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unifying recruiting processes across multiple regions, leveraging data and automation to drive performance, and overseeing team leaders in these areas.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Optimization
The successful candidate will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, recruiter capacity, and candidate retention. They will also analyze market trends to recommend optimal hiring geography based on talent availability, cost, and speed. Additionally, the individual will continuously improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Analyze market trends to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Build and maintain robust recruiting dashboards
The selected candidate will build and maintain robust recruiting dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with operations and data teams. They will also leverage the organization's applicant tracking system (ATS) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline operations and decision-making.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize recruiting processes
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to track KPIs and other metrics
- Foster collaboration between teams to ensure seamless integration
- Lead the strategic evolution of the global recruiting function
The successful candidate will serve as a champion for AI, automation, and technology in recruiting, actively seeking out and testing innovative tools that improve speed, quality, candidate, and client experience. They will also foster a culture of adaptability, accountability, and continuous improvement, driving those same behaviors across all levels of the recruiting team.
- Promote a unified global mindset and break down silos within the organization
- Influence client and internal stakeholders to shift focus from cost/geography to talent quality, retention potential, and strategic value
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated success in a staff augmentation, BPO, RPO or similar environment with 5+ years of leadership experience in the talent industry
- Experience building or implementing tech-driven recruiting processes
