Join a dynamic team as we seek an experienced Talent and Organizational Development Manager to lead our company's talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, training, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Partner with HR professionals to assess and implement organizational development programs, processes, and training initiatives.
  • Identify and address leadership development, succession planning, career management, interpersonal skills, and communication training needs within the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee performance and drive business results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in talent development, organizational development, or related HR functions.
  • Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs; strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to build partnerships with internal stakeholders.
