Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to promote widespread adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

This position is part of a center of excellence focused on digital workplace technologies and will be responsible for increasing productivity among employees by driving adoption of these solutions.

  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools to identify relevant features for employees.
  • Understand how other companies use industry workplace solutions and identify opportunities for reapplication within the organization.
  • Assess current solution usage and determine adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance for key activities.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as a subject matter expert for the organization.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or have a strong track record proving equivalent experience.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
  • Drive service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises with 3+ years of experience.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Be able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment as a team player.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and require little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
