We are seeking a skilled professional to manage key client relationships, drive growth, and ensure seamless delivery of data-driven analytics. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will address their needs with agility and insight.


Responsibilities
  • Analyse client operations to recommend and deliver customised dashboard solutions that meet their strategic goals.
  • Lead project delivery, conduct training sessions, and foster successful adoption of dashboards.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product development team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to meet client and business objectives.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting, preferably with SaaS/analytics expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts, deliver solutions that meet client expectations, and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to manage both planned responsibilities and unexpected tasks.
