You will research and evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance product offerings. Define use cases for AI in product features, such as personalized user experience, automated support, and collaboration with AI developers and data scientists.

Design a roadmap for AI-integrated product innovations and prioritize features based on market needs and business goals. Conduct deep competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for AI-based differentiation.

Identify internal processes where AI can increase efficiency, such as customer onboarding, data analysis, and product testing. Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks using tools like RPA and NLP.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-based solutions. Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding AI innovations and their impact on product performance.

Ensure that AI technologies are implemented responsibly, adhering to ethical guidelines and global regulations. Work with compliance teams to align AI solutions with local and international crypto regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and usability of payment platforms
  • Research and evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance product offerings
  • Define use cases for AI in product features, such as personalized user experience, automated support, and collaboration with AI developers and data scientists
  • Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks using tools like RPA and NLP
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-based solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payment solutions
  • Proven track record in working with AI tools and technologies, preferably with cryptocurrency exposure
  • Familiarity with product management tools and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical field
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and payments industry
  • Proficient in AI methodologies like NLP, ML, and computer vision
