The ideal candidate for this Game Creator position will be responsible for crafting exceptional online slot games that capture the interest of players worldwide. They should possess a solid understanding of slot game mechanics, mathematical principles, and player psychology to strike the perfect balance between entertainment and performance.

About the Role

This job is not just about designing visually appealing games; it's about creating engaging experiences from the ground up. As a Game Creator, you will be in charge of crafting games with intuitive UX flows, mechanically compelling gameplay, mathematically sound parameters, and financially stable models.

  • Design slot game mechanics, including base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.
  • Collaborate with mathematicians and analysts to define and optimize key game parameters such as Return to Player (RTP) and Volatility.
  • Develop comprehensive game design documentation, including feature specs, wireframes, user flows, game logic diagrams, and mathematical model descriptions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution from concept to live game.
  • Regularly test and analyze prototypes and production builds to provide actionable feedback for refining gameplay and balance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in slot or casino game design, preferably with titles released on the market.
  • Strong grasp of game mathematics, including probability, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and paytable logic.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on player retention and engagement.
  • Ability to break down complex systems into clear, concise documentation and design blueprints.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align creative and technical teams around a shared vision.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers or participating in design reviews and ideation workshops.
