Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Website Developer who is proficient in using the Squarespace platform to create engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern design principles, best practices for typography, color theory, and layout.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building new websites from scratch and redesigning existing sites using the Squarespace platform. They will work collaboratively with clients or project managers to understand and implement design and functional requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Squarespace development and website design, with a portfolio of previous work to demonstrate proficiency
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in website development
  • Deep proficiency with the Squarespace platform, including its native design features, templates, and e-commerce functionality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
