Job Title: Strategic Consultant for Peace and Development Project

Oxfam is seeking a consultant to work on the Women's Empowerment for Leadership in Development and Peace project. The project aims to strengthen women's rights claiming towards inclusive governance in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an inception report outlining the consultant's understanding of the endline study.
  • Conduct endline research and produce a research report including key findings and recommendations.
  • Create a presentation deck highlighting the key findings for partners and Oxfam team during the sensemaking session.
  • Produce an endline results brief providing a brief background on the WELD 3 project and baseline research, outlining its key findings, and highlighting recommendations.
Requirements:

Applicants must submit a curriculum vitae and a letter of intent in a single file, highlighting relevant skills, work experience, and willingness to undertake the task.
